Willy Wonka Kids Show Camp!
Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka JR. follows enigmatic candy manufacturer Willy Wonka as he stages a contest by hiding golden tickets in five of his scrumptious candy bars. Whomever comes up with these tickets will win a free tour of the Wonka factory, as well as a lifetime supply of candy. Four of the five winning children are insufferable brats, but the fifth is a likeable young lad named Charlie Bucket, who takes the tour in the company of his equally amiable grandfather. The children must learn to follow Mr. Wonka's rules in the factory — or suffer the consequences. 

This camp will perform a 30 minute version of Willy Wonka on our final camp day, just like our Show-in-a-week camps, but this camp will be cast and performed in a different way. At this camp, students will be separated into groups by age. Each group will perform different songs and scenes in our show. In this way our show will be performed in its entirety by the whole camp together and several different campers will get to play each of the roles in the scenes. For example, the role of Willy Wonka will be played by multiple campers throughout the show with a common costume piece passed from performer to performer to show who is playing the role.
By splitting up the show this way, it also leaves time for games, crafts and regular summer camp fun in addition to rehearsing and performing a fantastic show!
6-7 year olds will not audition for roles with lines, but will be singing and dancing as a group in the show. Ages 8-13 will get a chance to audition for characters with lines.

*Refund policy- Refunds are available until May 15th with a $25 fee. After May 15th and before two weeks prior to camp, refunds are available with a $100 fee. There are no refunds or camp transfers beginning two weeks before each camp begins. Camp transfers to other camp weeks are possible if space is available up to two weeks before camp begins.
