Behind the Face: Advanced Stage Makeup Techniques
13-18 years

Dive into the world of characters and creativity in this advanced stage makeup class. If you have wanted to learn how to transform into an aged person, a fantastical creature, become sickly , or look bruised and beaten, this is the class for you! We will be learning all this and more using color theory, textures, lines and contour to create endless makeup possibilities.

I'm a mom to 5 theater kids ages 9-17! They are all involved in performing in some way or another and I love it! I have loved being a part of the CYT family and I have volunteered on several show committees but my favorite is being makeup mom! I have been lead makeup mom for over 5 shows now! I love getting creative and getting to know all the kids in the process! When I am not busy with theater I love thrift shopping, hiking, being creative in any way I can whether that's cooking, crafting or other projects, and of course where would we be without coffee, chocolate and Jesus! I'm from Kansas but Colorado has won my heart!
