Rosebud 2 classes build upon the skills and maturity from Rosebuds 1 while also fostering a clearer understanding and execution of correct technique. This level thoughtfully introduces the Vaganova Pre-Ballet syllabus and scaffolds skills in an encouraging, creative environment with themed story telling and lots of fun! Through the year your dancer will continue their progress in musicality, strength, flexibility, and artistic expression.
This level is designed for ages 7 turning 8 and 8 turning 9, by placement only. 8 year olds who are ready for more commitment are encouraged to apply for the additional Pre-Conservatory class.
Dancers wear a uniform leotard, uniform skirt, pink* tights, and matching canvas ballet slippers.
Rosebuds 2 dancers perform in our Christmas Showcase (wearing uniforms) and Spring Production (wearing purchased costumes).
If is auditioning, at least 1 guardian must sign up for a Production Team. Please select your preferred choice, however your Production Team is subject to change.
