Command the stage in our rigorous Intermediate 2/Advanced Jazz Dance class! Designed for accomplished dancers aged 12 and up who have demonstrated strong proficiency in Foundations and Intermediate Jazz. This class introduces intermediate and advanced jazz technique with more sophisticated jazz isolations, complex rhythm patterns, and progressions across the floor. Our expert instructors challenge dancers to push their technical boundaries, enhance their individual artistry, and embody diverse jazz styles with nuance and precision. This combined class features differentiated progressions to ensure each dancer continues to progress and grow. The school year culminates with a required, supportive and structured exam to measure progress and guide future placement.
Dancers wear a uniform leotard, black v-waisted jazz pants, and tan jazz shoes.
Dancers will perform in our Christmas Showcase (wearing uniforms) and Spring Production (wearing purchased costumes).
If is auditioning, at least 1 guardian must sign up for a Production Team. Please select your preferred choice, however your Production Team is subject to change.
