Annie has been part of the CYT community since 2020 and is honored to serve as a teacher, mini camp director, and show coordinator. She is passionate about helping students grow in confidence, creativity, character, and faith through the performing arts. After witnessing firsthand the transformative impact that theater can have on children, Annie and her husband, Matt, are deeply grateful for the positive influence CYT has had on their family. For more than 20 years, Annie has worked with children in a variety of educational, ministry, and family settings. Her experience includes teaching at The Classical Academy, serving as a Kids Ministry Director, homeschool co-op teacher, camp counselor, and church nursery and preschool volunteer, as well as homeschooling her own children and serving as both a parent and foster parent. She considers teaching with CYT both a privilege and a calling and is committed to creating an environment where every student feels known and loved. Annie looks forward to partnering with families this session to help students develop their God-given talents, grow in confidence, and shine for Christ both on and off the stage.
