Description
Lace up your tap shoes and get ready to make some noise! Our Tap Foundations 1 dance class is a lively and rhythmic exploration of the exciting world of tap. Designed for dancers aged 9-13, students will learn fundamental tap techniques focused on tap vocabulary, rhythmic patterns, and precise footwork to create clear, percussive sounds. Our experienced instructors break down each step in an engaging environment with age-appropriate music.
This class pairs perfectly with our Monday night 3-in-1 class of ballet technique, musical theater phrase work, and leaps and turns!
Prerequisite: Dancers must be 9 on or before June 22, 2026.
