CYT Lite Show: Frozen Kids!
8-13 years

**Students in this class are not eligible to audition for our fall MainStage shows, You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown or Cinderella**

We are so excited to offer a CYT Lite show as a performance opportunity for 8 to 13-year-olds! This class will be fast-paced and packed with learning as the students work toward performing the 30-minute show, Frozen Kids! Rehearsals will take place on Tuesdays  during CYT class time from 4:14-6:15pm. This class also has two Saturday rehearsals and a longer Tuesday night tech rehearsal, so please look closely at the dates below.  The class will perform two public performances on Thursday, October 29th.
Students will submit a vocal audition video before we begin rehearsals. Callbacks and dance auditions will be held on the first day of class. There are no parent committee requirements, although we may ask for volunteers to help with costumes, props, concessions for the performances or any other needs that come up. This production will use simple costumes, with some items brought from home, as well as simple sets and props. 
Our goal with this class is to give our amazing students a chance to shine on stage in a low pressure environment with a much smaller commitment than a main stage show.  Students who choose to participate in this Lite show are not eligible to audition for the fall MainStage shows, Charlie Brown or Cinderella. We are looking forward to getting started on Frozen Kids and hope you are excited to join us!
* There is a $100 production fee in addition to regular class tuition to cover the additional rehearsal hours, show licensing and tech needs. The total cost of the class is $350

Rehearsals: Tuesdays 4:15-6:15pm and one Saturday 9am-12pm

October 6 (showcase), 13, 18, 20, 24 (Saturday 9-12)
October 27 (tech 4-8:30)
October 29 (Thursday)- performances at 5:30 & 7:00
